Legislative Commission on Surrogacy Members

The Legislative Commission on Surrogacy consists of 15 members, appointed as follows: three members of the senate appointed by the senate majority leader; three members of the senate appointed by the senate minority leader; three members of the house of representatives appointed by the speaker of the house; three members of the house of representatives appointed by the house of representatives minority leader; the commissioner of human services or the commissioner's designee; the commissioner of health or the commissioner's designee; and a family court referee appointed by the chief justice of the state Supreme Court.
